Martin Hattingh
Martin is primarily responsible for operational management of the front-end SharePoint team, which delivers the visible components of most SharePoint implementations. He spends his time alternating between listening intently while discussing business requirements, overseeing specification, and ensuring that delivery quality is maintained at a consistently high level.

Charles Ritchie
Charles manages the core development team, ensuring that all aspects of architecture and technical decision-making are approached with sound reasoning and thorough consideration. He can usually be found dissecting proposed system designs into a multitude of identified issues and corresponding logical solutions.

Simon Hepburn
Simon heads up business development, working with the sales team to ensure that the world is aware of bSOLVe's value proposition. Part of this responsibility involves guiding clients through the process of identifying and pinpointing addressable challenges and understanding the corresponding proposed solutions.
